Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 June 2026.

This Privacy Policy explains what information this website (linzilit.com) collects when you visit, why we collect it, and the rights you have over it. This site is a link directory operated on behalf of the creator, Linzi Little (“we”, “us”). For any privacy question or to exercise a right described below, email privacy@linzilit.com.

Information we collect

We collect a small amount of technical data automatically when you load a page or click a link. We do not ask for or store your name, email address, account, or payment details on this site.

We store one item in your browser’s local storage: a flag recording that you confirmed you are 18 or older. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Why we collect it, and our legal basis

We keep a record of which links visitors view and click so we can understand which links are useful and keep the page working and secure. Under the GDPR our legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in measuring and improving the page. We store the age-confirmation flag to provide the service you requested (showing the page) and on the basis of your consent. We do not use your data for advertising, and we do not carry out profiling or automated decision-making.

Who we share it with

We share this data only with the service providers that host this website and store its data on our behalf, located in the United States, and only so they can provide those services to us. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not disclose it for advertising. When you click a link, you leave this site for a third-party website (such as a social network or a subscription platform); those sites have their own privacy policies that govern anything you do there.

International transfers

Our hosting and database providers process data on servers in the United States. Where data is transferred out of the UK or European Economic Area, that transfer relies on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep the technical analytics described above for up to 24 months, after which we delete it or keep it only in aggregate (non-identifying) form. The age-confirmation flag stays in your browser until you clear your browser storage.

Your rights (UK / EU — GDPR)

If you are in the UK or the European Economic Area, you have the right to access your personal data; to have it corrected or erased; to restrict or object to how we process it; to data portability; and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email privacy@linzilit.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority.

Your rights (California — CCPA / CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how we use it; to request deletion or correction of it; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; and to not be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share your personal information, and we do not collect the categories of “sensitive personal information” defined by the CCPA. To make a request, email privacy@linzilit.com.

Children

This site links to adult content and is intended only for adults aged 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Changes to this policy

We update this policy when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above. Material changes will be reflected on this page.
